Back to Basics Chiropractic & Wellness believes that “thoughtless, fearless, relaxed movement” is an achievable outcome for most patients. Chiropractic care is about identifying what your daily habits are and how those habits cause you discomfort.

By assessing workstation ergonomics, activities of daily living (ADLs), diet and exercise, you discover that most of the pain we experience comes from the repetitive, unnecessary stress we place on our bodies. At Back to Basics, we are experts of the musculoskeletal system, which is a fancy way of saying muscles, bones and joints.

We focus on how to keep your body feeling great, simply by providing you information on how to keep your body moving. We work with you to stay active and educate you on what is causing the discomfort in the first place. Armed with that information, you can now prevent your injuries from recurring.

When you are healthy and pain free, you have more energy to pursue your passions. Maybe you’ve always wanted to complete a triathlon? Or want to continue to play with your children/grandchildren?
